Does it cover the hole that the front gfx lip leaves behind.
Not sure - I never had the GFX kit so I don't know where the hole would be. However, the 5-Axis lip looks like it has more coverage that the GFX, so I'm guessing that it would cover it.
I'll compare the two next time I see a GFX kit. There's a guy in my neighborhood with one...

I think it will, it looks like this lip goes a little higher at the edges than the OEM front gfx. But I installed my front gfx without drilling holes so I can't be really sure.
