^Yes, it needs an OEM (non-GFX) lip to fit over.

Thanks Javier, I remember reading that in some random thread a long time ago and just wanted to confirm. Bummer for me since I threw my OEM lip out.

 

You shouldn't have a problem finding one for next to nothing. Post a WTB ad in the classifieds, it doesn't matter what color or condition it's in, it's going to be completely covered by the lip.

I was searching for threads/pics of this front with different sides. I have heard that it looks good with the vertex side/rear. I would love to see a pic of this front with the wald sides/rear.

Once I get the wheels on today or tomorrow, this is my next big project for my car!

Anyone know if this front lip is anymore susceptible to scraping compared to the GFX front lip? I'm not even that low and still scrape a couple times a day.
