Default HELP with DRLs

so i got rear ended over the summer by a range rover T.T
it had one of those metal braces/brackets on the front bumper. she hit me so hard my frame shifted about half to 1 inch. T.T then i took it to the shop, had it fixed like brand new.

here is the accident. luckily my exhaust was perfectly fine

here is how it looks like now (i say he did a pretty damn good job. )

BUT....ever since i got my car back, i noticed that my DRLs dont turn on when my headlights are on. before, my DRLs were on 24/7, even when i turned on my headlights. but now, they are only on during the day when my headlights are off.
its noticable in this picture that my DRLs are on while my headlights are on too. sorry, i dont have a current picture of how my DRLs are off at night.

HOW DO I FIX THIS??

thanks
andrew

You're talking about the city lights. DRL is off when your headlights are on.

HAHAHA but how do some people have DRLs on when headlight are on??
kuz if you look at this picture, you can clearly see the headlights are on, city lights are on, AND DRLs are on.

i was asking if DRLs are always on because i wanted to get this light mod.

they have there high beams on to demonstrate the color. DRL are not that bright when they are on . You notice that the stock are brighter then that oracles. The oracles loose your high beam ability like the picture shows.

you cant have both. but IMO the high beam arent of any use if you have HID. The bi-xenon are brighter then the high beams.
