Does anyone know which LED is the brightest one for our puddle lamps? I've been told the Vleds HIpower flanks but I want to see whats out there, pics would also help...thanks!!!

I'm using the Hi power flanks from v-leds. They recently added the 6 SMT flank bulbs and I'm guessing they have a better output since its a newer design. I tried using the 11 SMT and they don't fit (One broke when I tried to force it in). The light output for the flanks is amazing. I use the Hi power flank for my visor light, courtesy light, puddle lamp, trunk and 27 smts for the parking lights. All white leds and they match the color temp of the 5000k hids that i bought from Xenon Depot.

i have polargs they are pretty bright, the only thing is that they dont match with my interior. i can see the ground when they light up. i'll see if i can post pics up tonight or a video.

 

I have the 5 LED refractor (Blue) from that warden guy off of ebay. Bright enough and lasts long.

A bit off topic...but does anyone know how to make the puddle lights come on faster? By the time I get to the door, I'm already inside literally before hte lights even come on. The only other solution I guess is to hit the unlock button on the fob but it's annoying taking it out of your pocket.

 

Pictures are usually not accurate especially at night.

 

i have PIAAs, they are decent but i am sure there are some brighter ones.

Like hartawan said... pics are not accurate as it depends a lot on the exposure setting... but since you insisted....

Jay.Diem how are is the lighting when it hits the floor at night?

 

the floor actually lights up with the polargs, the only thing is my interior led dont match with the polargs, hey jay.diem u usin the same one u gave me on that picture or is it something else. the color is nuttin like that but the output is similiar. mines is more white.
