Default Uncomfortable Front Seat

I got my 08 IS250 last fall and I love the car. I had this problem for awhile but now it seems to be getting worse. For some reason as soon as I sit down in the car I feel a part of the seat just digging into my right *** cheek... lol. I can't figure out why...... I have no problem with the left side of the seat, just the right side..... Maybe I'm just crazy, I don't know. I thought I'd put it out here and see what everyone else has to say. Amd I the only one who is having a problem with a damm seat? Makes no sense to me.....

It is just you!

I have had back surgery to remove 2 disc in my lower back. The only other car that was comfortable G35.

Are you sure it isnt your big wallet that you are sitting on that is causing the pain?

The only complaint i have with the seating...well i guess it wouldnt be the seating...but the wheel doesnt come out far enough. Maybe i just have long legs and t-rex arms but i just cant find a comfortable medium. I have driver one set so my legs are comfortable and driver two set so my arms are comfortable.

This statement reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with George and his wallet.

BTW, if I drive for long distances I always take out my wallet to be more comfortable.

I noticed now after getting into a new is250 a coworker just bought. That my seats felt less firm than they used too. Only got 25k miles on mine. And I'm not heavy..just 185lbs 5'11 on a good day

Maybe that's why I didn't notice, I'm a front-pocketer of the wallet.

It's not my wallet. I always keep that in my front pocket. I was just taking a good look at my front seat and I did notice something. Maybe this is normal wear and tear, I don't know... The right side of the seat, the bucket part of the seat, or whatever you want to call it... is not firm at all. I push my finger on it and it's soft and it sounds like I am pushing my finger into a beam bag chair. Is that normal wear and tear after 8200 miles or is that a problem?

I don't think it is normal wear and tear. I have over 13K on mine and it feels like new, I weigh in at 190lbs. Take it to the dealer and see what they say.

My seat is flat, even, and perfect. No strange bumps anywhere. You need to take it to the dealer and have it looked at for sure.

Wallet? I quit wallets about a year ago when I realized they held way more stuff than necessary...the answer is money clip in side pocket. Drivers license, costco card, ATM card, one credit card, and a few bucks! Way more comfortable!

I'm dropping my car off at the dealer tomorrow anyway to get a unrelated problem looked at. When I am there I will show them the right side of the driver's seat that is turning into a beam bag chair......

I just had a serious IS300.NET flashback with that typo....I've got to ask, "bigwilly is that you?"
