Lexus update + wheel questions
Well a few months back I was flamed the crap out of since I requested Lexus to fix my dash, even though the air freshener I bought was what had ruined it.
Well today I was at the Subaru dealership (owned by the same company as the Lexus dealership) picking up my friend's STI since my friend and I broke his trunk while we were getting our keg filled and our friend who owns the car is out of town (he would've killed us if he came back to a broken STI). Anyways after we got the car back I asked if I could give him my Lexus for my 15k check up. He recognized my car and asked if I was the one who had the air freshener destroy his dash.
He told me he had tried to get a hold of me to tell me that under the circumstances Lexus would replace my dash this one time.

BTW this Lexus dealership (Alderson of Lubbock) did an incredible job cleaning my car, really it's amazing inside and out, wheels, tires and all.
While I was in there I noticed black finishes on a wheel display they had for the IS. How long has Lexus been offering to add black finishes to wheels? The service manager told me that you have to buy the wheels like that and it's not a service where they send it off to a third party to do it. Is that true?
Does anybody know how the G Spider wheels would look with a black polish (anybody have it done)?
Also is there any way to fix the annoying curb rash on my car?
