US released cars its not allowed.
I bought the controller module from a European IS350 of 2010 vintage and tried it in my 2013. No fuses blew, hesdlights worked but lost my DRL and no changes to fog light operation. I even went into Techstream and tried to change settings but no luck.

it was this:
Module ID: MPX. BODY FR TOYOTA, 89211-53020 MADE IN JAPAN, 12V 6728.

See this thread for other solutions...
MPX Override for Fog lights when running lights are on?

Can you look at the front controller module and tell us what PN is shown? Its the rectangular black box maybe 4 or 5 fuses exposed.

Thanks

I wonder if you need to switch out the fog light relay as well. I'll take a look at the part number for mine so you can compare.

I know on my old VW the relay had to be switched along with the new headlight switch.

That would be great. What year is your car?

Unfortunately the relay is potted into the forward controller. If it goes bad, you replace the controller. And they pumped so much material in during potting, its not serviceable easily.
