Default Vibrating Mirror

I've started getting an annoying buzzing/vibrating sound on rough road surface and high bass music. Initially i assumed it was the dash rattle that came back or the speaker grille. But my wife traced the sound to the mirror. There is a wire that goes into the mirror and it has some sort of clip. When she presses it in or holds it in, the vibration stops and when she lets go it comes back.

Can anyone please tell me if there is a DIY fix to this problem? i dont want to take it to the dealers again might end up with more rattles

any help would be very much appreciated.

There is a tsb regarding the vibrating mirror. Do a search to find it in pdf format, then call your dealer so they can order the part; and everything should be covered under warranty.
