question about city lights

so im @ v-leds lookin at the leds to purchase

2 HID WHITE SMT 5 LED LIGHT BULBS 194

i have 10k HIDs on my car

do yall think this will be fine?

I have VLED 5smt city lights and my right one is already flickering and about to go out.
