I paid off the remainder of the loan on my 07 IS350 this last week!! It feels good not having that $$$ payment anymore! Now I can have more money for coilovers, front lip, and then....................................?
Congrats! Even though I took out a lengthly loan, I've been more than doubling up on my monthly payments. My goal is to have mine paid off in 18 months.

Amen. Car will be mine this time next year, bought it for myself this last Christmas ..18 month plan
I debated it for a while, and decided to save myself the 6.9% rate on my car loan. Especially since the stock market isn't really going anywhere for a while(except for all the oil stocks and oil driller stocks I bought over the last few years!!! ), I felt the money would be better spent on paying off the car loan.
