Damn I have been reading the threads regarding the "curse" of our cars and it happened to me tonight.....

Was going southbound on Euclid in Anaheim and saw the yellow light
and as usual, I passed it and then, BAM a '99 Pathfinder hits me...
My car spunned out completely and slammed into the pole at the corner.
There was a pedestrian ready to cross the street and she got hit by my car
and had knee pain and the ambulance and police all came by.

The jacked up part is that the punks on the pathfinder jumped off and TOOK off running. Also, one of the witness did say to the police and my lane was yellow and the side of the car who hit me was red and in addition, they ran away. Filed all the report and got the case # and called my insurance (Farmers) and claimed and will call me again tomorrow to go through the details.

Hey STIG! long time man...

I am OK! luckly.. The lady who got hit was taken by the ambulance to the local hospital (UCI Medical Center I think)
I had a brief conversation with the lady and seems to be ok other than the pain on her knee. I really thank the lord that I was able to walk out with minor injuries... Just worried about the lady. Hope nothing is major....

I have minor back pain and few bruises on my knees... Gotta go to the hospital soon...

 

what speed were you going? and do you have an estimate at what speed the pathfinder was going?...

 

Holy crap. I sincerely hope you're okay after that bad of a collision.

I reported the cops that I was going about 40MPH. Not sure about the speed of the pathfinder but he hit me pretty hard...

You better go check up at the hospital, and make sure everything is ok with you.
