It's physically impossible for it to change your dyno results, especially since your dyno is done at WOT.

AFAIK this is doing the same thing the waste-of-money gadget from TOMs is- lying to your ECU about how far you pressed the gas pedal.

You get the same effect, free, pressing the gas pedal harder.

On a dyno the gas pedal is already pressed as hard as it can get.
