HUGE thumbsup to JM Lexus in South Florida!
I brought my is350 into JM saturday for my free 5k checkup/oil change. Upon entering into the service area, I told the advisor what I was there for, and while doing so, mentioned about the brake dust on my front rims. Another advisor heard what I was talking about, rushed over and said "I'll take care of this!"
Little did I know, he was the assistant service manager and said he will replace the front brake pads free even though the TSIB wasn't out yet for my car. Usually you have to 'fight' for these things, as I had some background info on the TSIB for the 06/07s, and it was a breeze. He got me into a rental since he said it would take a few hours and I was out the door in 10 minutes.
About and hour and half later, I got a call from lexus, telling me my car was ready.
Wow. My family and I have owned alot of high end cars this service was unbelievable. Quick, painless, easy. That's what I call service. The gentlemen gave me his card, and said to call him directly next time and he'll have my rental waiting for me, and I wouldnt even have to go inside.
I live an hour away from this dealership, and this is why I bought my car there and have it serviced there. I have another dealership 10 minutes from my house, but why bother?

i hate them.....my sales man and finance manager were shady about my plates when i bought my car. i clearly told them i wanted an out the door price with tax tag and title. so when i went to pick up my plates, not only did they have the wrong ones (i ordered a Miami Heat plate) but them bastards said i had to pay for the plates. I plead my case to all them ****ers over there and they didnt want to do anything. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I'll stick to lexus of pembroke pines as they are better them those asshats

Lexus of Pembroke Pines FTW. We got to ride in an ISF... didn't get to drive it but the salesman took us for a nice ride. 120+ mph on a 40mph street, usually I'm all for it but I was ****ting my pants. lol

I've done two things at JM since I purchased the car: tint and 1,000 mile service. Had them look at a trim piece as well on my car that wasn't fitting right, and they took care of all issues without hassle.
I guess YMMV with service managers, but I've never had a problem with JM. Hell, my salesman still calls me from time-to-time asking me how I'm liking the car.

Got my car and most of my service at JM. I love the dealership, but just recently started to got to Pines Lexus (only 5 min from my house vs JM 30 miles away). I deal with Steve Lasker and had a great experience!
