Yes, definately all the TSB or TSIB (same thing). It stands for Technical Service Information Bulletin.

The 5k service is basically an oil/filter change and general check over to see if anything is loose or needs adjustment. Very simple. No need to take the TSIB's with you if you aren't having problems with ticks or rattles in the dash. The only big TSIB is the one concerning the brake dust 'issue' which Lexus has caved in on and agreed to replace the original brake pads lest the owners get overworked by having to wipe their rims once or twice a week.

Enjoy a muffin and an OJ while waiting.

If you didn't do so when the car was delivered, you may want to peruse the list of LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings) and request any changes that you'd prefer.

I live down the street from BJ's in Brea. I went to Tustin Lexus since that's where I bought my car for my 5k about a week ago. I also got my brakes fixed, dash rattle fixed, suspension fixed, and DRLs turned off no problem. My service advisor was Erik. It took 2 days though. But they offer free loaner cars (Must be 21).

I'm surprised you haven't rec'd a letter from your closest Lexus dealer to do your first 5k free service. Dealers will compete for your service maintenance. You don't have to drive all the way to Tustin to get your free 5k oil change.
Anyways, u get free oil service, ask for tsib brake service, do your free lps(lexus personalized settings), free detail or car wash and use of their very nice waiting room with lots of comps.

if you are 21 then they will give out a loner :P if not then just bring a friend that is 21 and mess around with a new loner car. Change the oil to Synthetic thats what i did but they wanted to charged me 65 extra but i got my salesman to make them throw it in for free :P

Some dealers do that as a courtesy check-up, to make sure the car "fits" you well. It's also good to address certain issues as soon as possible before it snowballs...

you can expect them to try and rotate your tires with your oil change.

Rotate tires is only on IS250 AWD, if they rotate your IS350, be worried..
