would be a nice feature if it automatically shows you the front view while driving at 10KM/H or less.

hey guys. here's a tip that will help you save your front bumpers for free...

it takes 5 minutes and you'll be parking within inches of the curb every time.

here's what i did.

1) drive to an open parking lot where there are just parking lines.

2) park your car and inch up your car until you're 5-6 inches away from the white line in front of the car.

3) sit in the driver's seat and sit normally the way you'd be driving with your head where it normally would be and look off to the sides to see where the white line extends out like this image below.

On the 2nd gen GS, there are side vents built into the door panels. For me, I drive up to the curb and line up the bottom of the curb to just the back tip of the side vent on the driver's door and that tells me i'm about 4 inches away from the curb.

Naturally- if you are parking in a spot next to another car you won't see the line but you might be able to get a good idea of where your car is in relation to the curb if you can see the reflection in the car next to you.

Doesnt the Audi R8 have this feature? I think its a good option for lowered cars.

the parking sensor on the GS is better. it tells you whats directly in front of you by beeping. on my is350 i notice the sensors are only on the corner of the car in the front. that sucks.
