Painted Calipers G2 Blue
So over the week I took advantage of the weather and painted my calipers blue with the G2 paint caliper kit. It looks real nice, the type of blue I wanted it to come out to be. After everything was set and dried, I applied the decals on as well. So for those on the fence about getting blue calipers, here are some pics. Updated pics on page 3.

Looks pretty good! I had the hardest time deciding between black and blue, but eventually went with black for a more OEM look. Plus, I wouldn't want people to think I was BBK "posing." Gotta admit, kinda wish I went blue after seeing this.
I was originally gonna go black, but was afraid that it would blend in too much with my wheels. No one would ever notice I had done anything to them, so all in all, I wanted the brakes to pop out and be noticed, of course
Blue looks good, nice job...
Did you apply another clear coat after the decal? how long does it need to sit before you can drive it again?

^no, I didn't clear coat the decals cuz I didn't know if the clearcoat would distort the color of them. I have two extra sets of decals, so if the attached decals start chipping, I'll just remove and reapply. But I've seen it where peoples decals have lasted 2 years without any problems, but we'll see. The G2 paint drys almost instantly, and its pretty hard. The recommended wait time is 24 hours to let everything dry.
