Default Should I Condition Steering Wheel?

I am about to condition my leather and I was wondering if I should condition the Steering wheel and the arm rest.

I just did so on Sunday.

Just condition, and wipe off any excess.

I back this up, I have conditioned both the arm rest and steering wheel with OEM Lexus cleaner and conditioner once every two months. We have very toll taking weather in Chicago with both summer and winter, so this helps extend the life of the leather. The steering wheel does not get too slippery with the oem conditioner. You can also apply it and wipe off the access after a couple of minutes to allow absorbtion. make sure to condition in warmer temps or pull the car in the garage.
