Good luck but more power to the wrong wheels is just wrong. Also, no way a made in Ohio Accord is better built than a made in Japan IS.

 

Alot of people including myself can't see why you would go to such an apparent downgrade. I was a Honda owner for over 10 years and after owning a 98 accord coupe to a 2003 Honda ex and now finally a Lexus i can definitely assure you the IS to Accord is definitely a downgrade. Well anyways good luck and hopefully you don't get a Kia next. J/K.. =)

 

I could have been in the group of responders posting sweet nothings to haseeni, but c'mon, his IS has lived and died with only has 6 posts here, and he bothered posting that he's leaving the group for an Accord? "Comments are welcome," but he never replied to his own thread. I don't care if he's lurking and reads these comments. It doesn't seem genuine to me.

Obstensibly buys the black car with no clearcoat, from what I remember reading, and its the underpowered 250 to boot.

I also don't care for that Accord layout. Is the passenger supposed to operate the fan speed?

Agreed after reviewing his 6 posts it's pretty evident he's just trolling. Thanks for investigating. He's achieved exactly the type of response he was aiming for. I seriously doubt he was a lexus owner to begin with.

The only reason to trade in an IS250 for an accord is more room and more power. All his other complains about paint and build quality ect is just crap. The IS is a better put together car simple as that. I hope he got the coupe cuz the sedan is just about one of the ugliest new cars to come out recently.

 

The design of the new Accord is pretty blah. If I had to choose an alternative to the IS250... it would be the new Nissan Altima Coupe. Looks pretty good... kinda like a poor man's G35. 270hp. About the same price as the IS250 and the Accord 2007.

 

Accord will always be Accord. Like someone else said, please don't compare it with IS. I would never step into the service department of Honda. It's like walking into a Chinese supermarket, (I'm Chinese btw). But my point is that Honda is not my style, I'd choose bus over it.
