Tire/Wheel Advice - Please help
Im planning on purchasing a set of wheels for my is250 rwd. The specs for the wheels/tires are as follows:
Front: 20x8.5; tire size 245/35/20; 32mm offset
Rear: 20x9.5; tire size 265/30/20; 35mm offset
I also plan to drop my car w/ eibachs. Can someone please tell me if I will be running into any rubbing/fitment issues? I want to be as flush as possible w/ the fenders w/o having the wheel/tires stick out past the fender. Im sorry if this is a noobie question, but I dont know anything about wheel/tire sizes, fitments, etc.
Thanks in advance for your help

With those offsets you will most likely need 225 front, and 255 rear, aspect ratio tires.

Well the wheels and tires are a combo and they are brand new so I wanted to see if these would fit w/ the drop w/o and significant rubbing issues

hey man...go to tirerack.com and there is a FAQ or tutorial on there that explains the aspect ratio, width etc. Also...search for wheels on there for your AWD and it will give you the offsets etc. The tirerack doesnt sell a tire/wheel combo it hasnt tested on the vehicle to make sure it fits correctly. Also there is a tire size calculator on
www.miata.net or just search tire calculator in google and it will pop up.

Why does everyone on the mainland always go for the BIG tire look... here in hawaii its all about the stretch.

Well I need thicker tires b/c the roads in TX are pretty bad. Also im dropping w/ the 350 prokit. What would be the optimal offsets for 19/20 wheels?
