Default Mail Is Here! Small Stuff From Aerotech

The Dealer called and the car is on the lot. I am going this weekend to take some pic's. I ordered some simple stuff from Aerotect to get me started.

1. Red outs for tail lights.
2. Black outs for rear corner reflectors.
3. Front Bumper Plugs.

Hideous drilled license plate holes. I had holes in my whip until I decided to just get a hole new bumper instead. The stupid dealership put extra scratches in the front bumper when installing the license plates. Not only did I have holes, but unnecessary scratches.

Thanks, yeah I live in NY and the cars already come with the F'ing plate frames drilled in. I hate getting tickets but I think the car looks so much nicer without the plate.

The Holders are dealer installed during PDI by a Tech.. "Pre Delivery Inspection"

Is it Too late to ask the dealer for no front lic plate holes????

Yeah i did the same with the bumper plugs. but my front bumper is a little wierd. Since they drilled into my bumper it has a little nipple that doesnt make the bumper plug really Flush with the bumper

BTW: At Mag Fremont Lexus i noticed how NO IS had front bumper drilled on the lot. I was jealous!

Trim the nipple with a blade, then re-install plug for flush fit...

I think you are right I am going to take pic's this weekend so I am going to beg him not to touch the front bumper.

The Cars usually go through PDI soon after they roll off the trucks..
Best thing is call NOW and beg them to check if they put it on already..

He's a car dealer - no need to beg. Demand he doesn't touch it or no sale. It sounds like a special order but if it takes a new bumper then that's what it takes (assuming you asked before he took a black&decker to the bumper).

All the cars on my dealer lot had no holes drilled. I signed a waiver.

Yes all dealers due this thru the "PDI" you can request they dont install and some will actually ask you first. They did when I picked mine up.

Congrads on the pre-mods!! When do you get to pick the car up?
