Default neck pads

First time i saw these things i didnt really get them, but now the more i drive the more i realise wat a great idea these things actually are. i drive long distances alot, 1hr plus drives, not to mention countless hours stuck in traffic, it would be nice to have one of these necks rest. Anybody have any experience using them, are they worth it? does it make long distance drives more confortable?
here are the few ive found on the net
pearsonally i like the JP back w/ black text the best ( got a beige interior)
and is that the right price i see on the bottom?? 1500 yen? pretty damn cheap

1500 yen = $14 right? Where is it available for that price and do they come in beige/cashmere? The one pictured looks more white than beige/cashmere.

I figured it didn't include shipping but how much would shipping be? If I order 4 and shipment is around $10-$15 each it would be around the same price for one of Tom's so it would still be a good deal right? Or would the shipping for these be ridiculously expensive that it's not even worth it?
