i'm currently at 9600 KMs right now.. still very low, it's been like this ever since i got the car.. i informed them about this problem at my 8000 km service but they said the reason might be 'uneven road surfaces and the low pro tires' ... does warranty cover resurfacing/replacement of rotors??

Depends on a couple of things: 1) Whether or not your rotor is indeed warped/faulty, and if it isn't, then 2) your relationship with your service advisor.

Same thing happens to me. It's consistent at the same stop signs/light that I brake at. So I think it's the roads. I also tried an experiment... I let go of my steering wheel while braking and the steering wheel turned slightly to the left as usual, but the car actually still remained straight!
