Yeah you're not the only one..my old 06 330i and my lexus feels this way when it's really windy..one time when driving the bmw it was so windy, i felt like i was going to die lol

try driving a suv in high speec winds... its many times worse...

funny you mention that; the RX I recently had as a loaner had a much better steering weight which helped it feel much more stable at highway speeds than my IS. I know the horrible turanzas that my IS came with don't help....
