Pricing out a $38K list on Edmunds shows a $33K invoice.

internet purchases tend to be closer to invoice.. just ask them for quotes thru the internet

Sounds like a good deal for an '08. Aim for $34.5 to $35K for an '08 and $33.5 to low $34K for an '07.
