Default JDM fogs

this is for the few out there with jdm fogs. did you guys do the install yourself or have a shop do it? if you did it yourself, how hard was it considering there aren't any instructions? also, did yours come with a DRL button? cuz it seemed like one of the first ones to have it here didn't come with that DRL button. can you still use the led DRLs if you've turned off your regular DRLs? any other info or advice regarding the installation of the fogs? thanks in advance!

Where are you guys getting them from?

I'm guessing it's not just a simple plug-n-play replacement?

carson toyota aka l-tunedparts.com has em. um technically it is plug n play cuz u just have to plug the correct wires together n stuff, but without any instructions, you don't know what to plug together. also how to mount the lights and the ballast can get tricky.

supershyguy: any idea how much the shop is going to charge you? and is it a stereo shop or bodyshop?

It's actually $1400 on L-TunedParts.com but they are HID as well. Still too expensive though. Here's some pics.

$1200 for nicer looking foglights is too rich for my blood.

so anybody that did the actual installation of these can chime in? i'm not too concerned about the electrical portion... seems like it's just plug n play. i'm more concerned about the mounting of everything.
