Wow, yea welcome to the youll never find the Nav connectors club. You can order the connectors directly from the Lexus dealership and they supposedly come directly from Japan. I currently have J50 on order right now. But only the wire harness side and not the other gender and also they wont sell you the pins that go inside it nor the wires either. To order you just have to find out what the part number is.

Part number 90980–12209 from page 630, Appendix L in the collision/EWD repair manual. Ask for it at Lexus.

Pins alone are not available, but you can get the pins with wires attached (they typically cost about $5 each) so you'd better be ready for a big bill if you jacked up a bunch of them.

J50 is part number 90980–12203.

You ought to have downloaded the wiring repair manual when you had your TIS subscription. It has all the details you need to fix wiring including dealing with the wire pigtails for the connectors.
