I'm looking at replacing several connectors on my wiring harness due to plastic breaking, wires, etc. Outside of purchasing a brand new wiring harness i there any place that sells individual clips or used individual ones with enough wire to splice?

Your local Toyota Dealer for new harness plugs. You will have to pin the wires out and replace them. Since yours are broken mark the wire locations,break the old plug with a pliers and snap the wires in the correct location on the new plug.

toyota has them all, and driftmotion has some of the more popular connectors and repair wires. probably some other online places as well.

So does Toyota just sell used/cut connectors out of dealerships?

Toyota sells the clips seperate and only new. they also sell repair wires with a pin and a small section of wire for the various connectors, those are also new and the pins/wires get expensive when you add all the ones you need for a large connector, but its all new and from the dealer. you can also find it online, or even from a spare harness.
