I would say it falls into the outrageous category, but only by ~$2k.

I bought the exact same car as you listed (3 weeks ago) without navi and I paid $33k OTD. This is a few hundred below invoice. Navi is a ~$2500 option so add that ontop of my $33k OTD. Your looking at $35,500 for the car you listed. Possibly even $34,500 if your really luck.

Oh yea, knock off an additional $750 if you have the coupone from the Taste of Lexus event.

32K OTD for the car you listed is great. If you get that, take it! I'm sure that dealers want to move any remaing 07s ASAP and good deals are to be had, but 32K OTD would be an amazing deal. Almost hard to believe. 35K OTD would be more realistic.

I'm hoping that the discounts should be around $1500+ now since others have gotten that a few months back. I'm thinking of offering $31,200+ TTL for a IS250 with Premium and NAV (MSRP, $37,625). Invoice on that is $32,800.

$32k OTD door for that is outrageous!! I think they might laugh at you for that one.

around $35k OTD is more the going rate for the package you listed.

Take the Nav out and with a little luck, you should be able to get it to that price or at least close to it.

32k is too low. I would aim for 35k with all that you want.
