I took my car to Lexus of Sacramento. Great service and advisor is very helpful.

Lexus of Seattle, which is actually in Lynwood - So far, great sales and service, professional personnel with a good sense of humor, and my vehicles have always been ready on time. They have great follow-up and even sent my wife some outstanding chocolates when she didn’t get her normal allotment during one visit (yeah, I know, but it’s the small things).

Lexus of Dayton appears to be top quality, so far based on my experience. I've had a IS250 AWD for 2 months now.

Lexus of Portland has been great in all areas. From the initial sale to any follow up items. My sales guy (Kaz) always says 'Hi' when he sees me, remembers my name, checks how things are going, etc.

All service/TSB issues have been handled very profesionally

Bought mine at Lexus of El Monte, California. Great Service there. I am heading back tomorrow to get my first oil change. I will report and tell everyone how the experience goes.

Carlsbad Lexus (service) has been wonderful for me! They treat me extremely well, they're quick and they offer free car washes to anyone with a lexus! I've been there twice and i don't have on complaint... not even anything close to a complaint. If i buy another lexus, I will most likly get it there (i got my IS from lexus of glendale)

I have had extreamly good service (from pre-purchase to 5,000 mile service) with Lexus of Las Vegas. Two Thumbs Up!

Maryland here:

- Lexus of rockville sales got A+ and their service is B+ in my opinion.

- Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis service got an A+ from me. They deserved the Elite Lexus Dealership title. Not to mention there are few eye-candy ladies behind their front desk and cashier. .

Mitch Dean is a personal friend of mine. He's one of the best service advisors I've ever encountered. I can't tell you how many times he's helped me with warranty issues and made things happen that I thought were impossible.

As moderator, you may have a contact at Corporate Lexus that you feel would be interested in the impressive testimonials in this thread. If so, suggest that it be referred to him/her for their appropriate action.

Sewell Lexus dallas - Best by far, went to Park Place Lexus, what a joke. Dawn Betrice was the best salesperson I have ever met, I refer everyone I know to her. Their service is outstanding. I live in Frisco about 25 minutes N. of the dealership. I had an engine light on and instead of me driving down there. They towed a loaner car to me (brand new ES) and towed mine away. Come to find out it was my gas cap, DUMB. Anyway they treat anyone who has a bought a car from them the same whether it be an ls or a used car.

Lexus of Chandler was great. The price was agreed to over the phone and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. They did neglect to follow up with me about adding my rear spoiler (on the we owe list), but when I told them of my disappointment, I was given free window tint. I would definitely buy there again.
