Default Light in Trunk

Is there really no kind of light in the trunk of our Lexus'? Lexus would actually omit that? Or is it just me and my car is missing it?

Worthless post. Glad I was able to be part of it.

You would think OP would just open the trunk and take a look to see if there was a light before posting.

Lexus ships the car with the light in the "off" position for whatever reason. The dealers need to start turning it on as part of the prep process so these threads can stop popping up every 4 weeks.

Seriously though, it amazes me that people open the trunk, see no light, and their first inclination is to run in the house and post to this forum. This gives us a brief look into what it must be like to be a Lexus service advisor. Keep in mind the crap they must be put through by rich idiots the next time someone comes in here with a complaint!

Okay, folks. Some here need to read or re-read the sticky about establishing a sense of community in this forum: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=247192

Remember that the original poster asked the question late at night, when it was dark enough that he was having trouble seeing his parcels, let alone a switched-off light.
