Ok, so who knows the person that put these wheels on their IS250. I never thought I'd see this day. They actually look kinda cool, but on a 2IS? Great looking car overall.

Well its not for me but what are they .... just a steel wheel with a hubcap that floats? Or is it actually a mag wheel, designed like that? Expensive?

hmmn I dont' think they are at all why don't they spin them at a dead stop. I think the video is encoded so low it makes it seem like they spin or float but that is actually not the case. I highly doubt these are...

 

I wish the website was up and working. I guess we could then find out for sure what these wheels are about. The video is definitely misleading to the viewer. Check out the video at 57 seconds. the wheels are not moving but the car is. How could encoding issues make them appear to not move at all, but the center of the wheel keeps spinning. Heck even the title about NOS, which is why I actually clicked on the video. I was expecting to see a 2IS with NOS for the 1st time.

 

Man those arent spinners. Thats normal for aftermarket wheels to spin like that. Look at the SUV's wheels next to the car. Its spinning the same way!

 

Even if they aren't spinners, that video is trippy. LOL

 

the wheels didn't fool me, but the word nitrous in the title did. I got excited and thought someone finally put a nitrous kit on their car. Too bad it's just a misleading name.

 

The front looks an awful lot like Mr. Mark's 2IS, no?

The color matched grille sure reminds me of his car.

Like combfilter said I got excited when I saw the title with nitrous in it. Then I see this car and it's wheels ...I was like WTH, but I understand the reason for the illusion. "wagon-wheel effect"

 

That's a hot looking car. MR too.

 

This is the 2nd time in a few days that this was posted. Its not spinners its an optical illusion, next time your a passenger in a car look at others wheels you'll see.

I too was waiting for the N2O bit...

 

I wonder if he really does have Nitrous. On the front bumper the car has NX sticker on it.

ps..I hadn't seen this posted before in the 2IS forum and according to youtube this video was posted about 2 hrs ago.
