2IS with spinner wheels

As for the stickers... heres a pic of my garbage can, according to the stickers it should be fast too
5hp per sticker = 30+hp over stock
They are not spinners, when your eyes look at the spinning wheels your brain is not fast enough to register every single spin so when the brain tries to catching the wheels already went a couple of revolutiond so your eyes always register the spin at a different points. So it makes the optical illusion as if they are standing still or going backwards. Trust me this is what I went to school for. By the way does amyone know what lip that is in the video?
I think the "floating" effect is a by product of the framerate of the video matching/nearly matching the rotation of the wheels. Much like 9520G described but the effect is in the way the video was recorded/encoded, not in the brain.
that's a sneak peak at sevas new line of wheels that are all 3 piece forged. here is the showcar in the video, it is a vehicle sponsored by toyo running sevas forged and fabulous kithttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/2678502
here are a few other rims:

those arent spinners. any fans of physics know that when you spin a wheel with pictures of a galloping horse fast enough, it looks like the horse is actually moving. spin it faster and the horse will begin to move backwards. same deal with helicopter blades and wheels. of course the sampling rate of the human eye is different than that of a video camera taking a film of a wheel spinning. anyone know the speed that the IS was moving? i always wanted to know what speed is needed to see this with the naked eye.
Well being that those are REAL spinners and not the cheap crap you see EVERYWHERE now, and they are racing looking rims that looks very cool. But I bet those are like $15k rims, so they better look good.
