Unless the dealer owns the body shop, they are just subbing it out. You might do better to look online at (or call) your insurance company and see who they list as their "preferred" body shops in the area and ask a couple of them for estimates. Chances are the dealer will not give you the best price, and you will be essentially dealing with a middleman.

It does not look too bad in the pictures, at least it's just the door. It'll look good as new when repaired, the worst part will be trying to match the paint.

Yeah the dealer owns the body shop, it's actually inside their facility. I will have a couple more quotes from other shops tomorrow.
