OZ Superleggeras. they are really light. i actually think that a lot of wheels out there right now are lighter than the stock. stock rims are very heavy.

Most Volk wheels are quite light.

what size are your stock wheels? would you consider downsizing? the 350 can fit 17's if you're mostly interested in performance.

Enkei Racing Series RP03
19x8.5 (20.5 lbs)

Enkei Racing Series GTC01
19x8.5 (23.0 lbs)

O.Z. Superleggera III
19x8.5 (25.6 lbs)

Volk Racing TE37
19x8 (20.5 lbs)

I don't know the weight of the Lexus stock 18" wheels, but all of the wheels above are 19". Weight goes up the wider the wheel.

Someone in Florida put together a nice database of wheels and their respective weight (nice resource)
http://www.wheelweights.net/

You can view the database sorted by Wheel Brand, Wheel Size, or Wheel Weight...

The one-piece forged Volk wheels (Progressive Spoke, Progressive ME, Progressive TE, TE37's, CE28n's Gram Lights 57F), are very light. The rest of the line are 2 piece forged and cast and they're only weigh a little less (and they're not TPM compatible.)

Other lightweight wheels include, SSR Comp H's, the Advan 5 spoke wheels (can't remember the name off the top of my head).

I have 17x8" SSR Type C-RS (SSR comp in the USA) which is about 16.5lbs which i currently use in the winter (used to be summers for my IS300). It comes in 18 and 19" as well and pretty close to being a pound an inch (e.g. ~19lb for 19")

I have the Volk RE30 on order right now. Around 16LBS... same weight as the CE28 but is 30% stronger. Hard to beat that. They just came out earlier this year. GL on your search.

18" BBS RS-GTs are around 20 lbs in the IS350 sizes. I love mine good looks and nice weight reduction.

I agree, Volk, 1 or 2 pc forged are your best bet for light wheels

If you are going for performance, you probably need to stick with 18s since the available tire sizes are better. I couldn't find any good sizes in 17.
