Default Change the bulb

If I want to change the bulb in the front, do I need to take the tire off or like the fender? or I can just put off the hood and do it from there?

Which one? DRL, headlight, fog light? You shouldn't need to take off the tires or fenders for any of these...

I can think of at least 8 different bulbs in "the front." All of which require somewhat different methods to change... Please be a little more specific...

its the headlight which is next to the HID light, not sure if I need to do anything because my friends G35X needs to take off the tire (not a must, but easier to work around) so I am just wondering

The "headlight" next to the HID light? lol.

You mean the Highbeams (DRL), or the Parking Lights in there? Both of which can be accessed through the engine bay.

Just because you are a newb doesn't mean you shouldn't be descriptive. That part should be common sense. I'm not trying to flame you, but if you want a descriptive answer you need to provide as much detail as possible. Also you should make use of the search feature, as you can usually find the answer you are looking for. If you are trying to remove the DRL you have to take apart a bunch of the front covers in the engine bay, but you will not have to remove the bumper or tires. Its a bit tedious to remove all of the clips that hold the covers in place, but its actually quite easy. The harder part will come when you are trying to wiggle your hands around to access the lights. Or you can go ahead and remove more covers to get easier access.
