...But no lights. I've read the installation guide and hooked everything up correctly. No fuses are blown (the fog light fuse in the fusebox under the hood and the HID kit fuses). I can't figure out why the lights arent coming on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take of one of the HIDs and hook it straight up to the battery and see if it turns on, if it does than its not the bulb. Double check if the connectors are correct.

Thanks for the reply, man. I hooked them up to the battery and nothing...

I believe they sent me a bad kit. Called Xenon Depot and left a message. The recording said to email them if it is urgent and seeing that I am paying for the install hourly, I emailed them. STILL no reply...

paying for the install hourly...hmm..that's silly all in itself. it's so easy...

sounds like you do have a bad kit...especially when the shop guy can't figure it out... unless he's a rookie.... therefore get outta there before they charge you anything ridiculous and wait for xenon depot

now i'm not exactly sure how the kit's power supply is set up...but when you touched the power wire with the battery... you also grounded the other wire right?

Thanks guys. Apparently the connectors going to the factory harness werent connecting properly. I've gotten the tech in contact with Steve @ Xenon Depot. Got the kit to work, now just need to get them to work on the car!!!!!

I'll be back with end results and pics.

Thanks to all with replies and attempts to help. Special thanks to Steve for the phone call. He walked my tech through troubleshooting to get the lights to work.

Be back soon...

hey, i have the same problem with you. The ping that go into the car harness is not wide enough compare to stock harness. When i first install, i used a lot of force because the gap doesnt match up between the reply plug that go into the car harness. For those that going to install the kit, make sure the connection between the car harness and plug is connected. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE IT IN, it should be very easy if it line up correctly. You can IM at asiannamese if you still need help FInanceguy. GL

Thank you to all again for your willingness to help out. LexusIS714...wish I knew that prior to all of this...but thanks for the offer.

Here are just a few quick shots of the HIDs from Xenon Depot. It's the Xtreme 3000k kit. Unbelieveably bright!

Sorry for the fuzzy pics...it was freezing out tonight
