I have some problems with the Lexus salemen.
They told me that the IS250 manual is more expansive than the Auto ( same packages ).
They offered me invoice price for the auto, and sticker price for the manual. Also they told me Lexus only produce IS 250 in Silver and black exterior color , and they produce 9 manual IS250 a month ONLY.
Is that ture? Also anyone in South California knows where i can get a good price on a manual?

they told u that, because you probably told them you wanted a manual. they are completely full on bs.. and tell them u want a lower price or ur going to a different dealer.

He is full of crap!! I dont care if they only make 9 a month. Its still cheaper then a auto. Now with that said..How much is it worth to you? If I could have found a black on black 6 speed with NAV when I was looking I would have paid the same price as the auto.

 

i got hit with that same line in NorCal. not the MT is more expensive then an auto, but i was told that the MT was only produced in Black and Silver. once i persisted (more then 4 emails later) they said that they can order one for me that wasn't Black or Silver. now i'm just waiting for my refund and i can pull the trigger.

Do it the easy way. Email all the SoCal Lexus dealers and ask them if they have one, and what the price is. That's how I got my 350 way below MSRP.
