Will it fit?
Noone will know the answer to your question until it is released. I would be surprised if the body trim wasn't interchangeable as a unit. I would also think that the brakes could be as well.
Why would swapping better brakes be lame?? IF you can get your hands on a seat of IS-F brakes, and they interchange perfectly, why would you not do it?? Granted it would probably cost more to get the IS-F brakes instead of some Rotoras or Stoptechs...
More than likely, all the IS-F parts should fit the IS, some probably without having to modify anything and some with a couple of modifications. I will probably get a couple of the parts, not because I want my car to look like an IS-F, but because I think they look cooler. A perfect example of that would be the tailights with the clear lenses (instead of the amber) and the front grill... the wheels look awesome as well!!!

I think I would get the wheels, exhaust & rear bumper if they fit. Not to look like IS-F, but it just looks cool. And you know that they are proven upgrades not gimicks.
I hope it has adjustable alignment. I would buy the suspension changes if they've done the right thing. I have my doubts about interchangeability with the current models though. The ride height difference means they've made some really significant chassis changes because they're smart enough to get the roll centers right for a lowered car.
1) They would be expensive to install and maintain.
2) They wouldn't be under warranty.
3) They would reduce accelleration due to additional unsprung weight.
4) They would take longer to heat up.
5) They would require larger wheels.
6) They would probably reduce resale value.
7) They would probably require more brake pedal travel and effort if you didn't replace the ENTIRE system (master cylinder, etc.).
8) ABS and VDIM might not work well with them.

Not that I have seen. It would require eccentrics on either the lower arm or the upper arm. They do exist on the AWD, but AWD has unique suspension and is not interchangeable with the RWD platforms in any way. The entire front subframe is different.
I haven't "seen" them either, but someone on CL posted that their dealer installed eccentric lower control arm brackets to correct his alignment problem. If I remember correctly, the dealer either replaced his tires first without possitive effects, or they did the brackets instead of the tires.
That is like making a Lexus look like a BMW.
That is like making the IS look like the GS/LS.
That is like shouting out to all that "Hey, I can't afford the IS-F, but I'll be a Poser and pretend that I have bigger ********* than I claim..."
Don't do it.
Modify the car. Don't replicate another car...
