OK stu here's what u do.. Go and hit map view, then hit record, wait a sec then hit map view again and hit stop. It will ask you if u want to keep it on the screen hit no.. The previous dots will then go away

Your are Da Man!! That did it. Now I just have to read up on the record feature and see what it really does. Obviously it is not what I thought.

Cool. A "bread crumbs" feature. Just tried it on my way to dinner. I've had this car for over a year, and I'm still learning new things!

Thank god for the board - those dots were driving me nuts! "Bread crumbs" indeed - everywhere I went!! I left my car with my dad for a day, and when I got in it, everything was totally mucked up..!

Now all is well.
