Default Help...chrome door handles

Does anyone know where I can get chrome door handles for an IS 350? Should look like the originals. Thanks.

Tony;
Checked their web site. At $229. for plastic chrome overlays seems a little expensive. Thanks for the info.

I'll bet you that if you bought a set of the stock body colored ones from your Lexus dealer they would cost just as much.

Maybe it's because there are so darn many ES's on the road here, I prefer the body colored handles anyway.

Couldn't agree more. FWIW, everything "chrome" is really just an overlay anyway. There's no such thing as "solid chrome."

$229 for JDM product is not too bad.

Yes i know they're expensive but like everything else you get what you pay for. I haven't seen them anywhere else. Josephdoc where did you get yours from? They look good on your car.

Joseph;
Thanks for the pics. Helps confirm my thought that they would look good against a dark color. They look just like the ones I had on my 2007 ES 350 before I returned it(serious problems) to the dealer as part of a trade deal for a special order SGM/Sterling IS 350 arriving late Jan. Also thinking of installing body side moldings available from Lexus...still not sure about those as their shape is not quite consistent with the overall wedge-shaped design of the IS. The ones I think would look best are from a two-door previous generation...bite my tongue...Chev Cavalier. They are flat and have a narrow wedge taper, front to back, that mimics the IS side profile. Jury's still out on this though. If I ever do it I will post pics.

Tee-hee-hee...
If I tell you where I got it from, I will be murdered by people around here
(shhu... they are watching... We are in the Matrix!)

Just call up Gorden or Steve at Carlson Toyota, they will help you to get it.

It looks nice, but don't blur the freeway, you just have to blur the trees is enough. Just a thought!

pretty sure those would look good on any color. Question are those applied using 3M tape. The chrome rings on the MErcedes benz headlights as well as the door handles are applied that way.
