Backup Camera graininess

I tried adjusting the contrast, brightness, etc. It didn't really help. As Jlin stated, and as I thought, it is related to lighting conditions. I can live with it. It's not that I can't see or anything, I'd just like to get it less grainy.

Like i stated before...the license plate LED's really do a good job of lighting things up..also when in reverse those white reverse LED's light up. I guess graininess is in the eye of the beholder..cause I don't see any of it.

I liken it to having a large TV. Input a cable signal, not dvd, and look at the graininess of nightime pictures.
