First of all do alot of reading.

Second-if you want to be 1'' lower go with eibach, nice perfect moderate drop.

or

if you want to go LOW on springs, use the TANABE springs made for the GS, i belive they are called "DF something" Search TOOL <----

IF you dont want to mess with springs, either get JIC Coil-overs or Tien SS for Stiffer / lower settings OR Tien CS for comfort / Lowering , both have their Bennefits and Drawbacks.

If i could do it over, and was not impaitient i would get some Coil-over's, most likely the TIEN CS, because I want a lower ride, but still would like to keep a smooth drive. PLUS you can adjust the Dampering (Stiffness/Softness) from inside your car (got to love that). IF JIC had that, i would buy JIC, but they dont!!!!

2'' drop is PUSHING IT, on springs I would say dont do it. I have a 1'' drop and scrape / plus barely clear LIFT ramps... But I can still drive crazy on the road, almost like OEM.

Yeah, I had a feeling 2" might be pushing it... but 1" just seems like it would be a kind of insignificant. 1.5"? Haha.

You can do a 2'' inch drop, with coil-overs, just make sure you get either JIC-Magic or Tien SS. Gana need to be stifff.

Dont forget about "ZEAL" coils also, those thing are high end. Real stiff and can go real low. Be prepared to pay close to 2000 dollars though

So far no one has been able to directly answer my questions about the X-package springs for the 07 IS350. I was going to get the Eibach springs, but now I might save up for the Tein CS. Still, wasn't it pointless of me to get the X-package except for the nice OEM rims??
