55watt bulbs not lighting up
There have been a lot of posts regarding this issue, but no one has really answered the question. I purchased some nokya 55watt hyper yellow bulbs to replace the OEM fogs. The OEM fogs are rated at 51watts and not 55 watts. A lot of people have been saying that there should be no problem running the bulbs. I beg to differ, the noky bulbs don't even turn on. So can someone please answer this question once and for all..do I have to find a 51watt yellow bulb or will 55watt bulbs work (meaning my bulbs sucked to begin with)?

Are you sure the OEM fog is 51W? I thought that as long as the type is 9006 and the watt not higher that the OEM one is fine... good to know if that is a problem... Anyway I replace my OEM with HIDs so should be OK!?

i just replace my oem fog bulb and the new bulb is 80watt i believe and it work very good.. Its xenon white. Maybe it is your bulb that gone bad, why don't you try the other one to see.
