I've seen a couple of IS with CF hoods, and it looks subtle enough for black or smoky granite. I just don't see it with any other colors without being blatently "rice."

Im thinking of getting the hood and trunk from seibon also. What color IS do you have? I've got an SGM, so I think it should look good. Post some pics when you get 'em.

Do you have a link? I want to know if the trunk comes with pre-drilled holes for the badges or if it's completely flat...

Depends on whom you ask. I think all unpainted CF body panels/doors/hoods etc. look ghetto. But that's just me. Some people want the world to know they've got CF, so it gets installed bare.

For the cars with some color... candy coating the CF products looks pretty good. It's much better than the "Carbon Kevlar" deal...

White/Black combinations are fine, as long as it's offset by other carbon pieces on the car.
