Default 2007 IS Finally Up at Website

Finally, Lexus has put up the 2007 IS on it's website.

I was searching through it and I'm happy I bought the 2006, mainly because it was cheaper.

However, I did notice that there are some quirks in the website as I tried to "build" some IS and couldn't get everything to properly work together.

All in all, I saved a few hundered dollars buyin the 2006 model.

for those IS250 owners like myself that have navigation, i'm much happier with the aftermarket HID conversion lights than having to pay for the bi-xenon lights, I know it doesn't have the auto level feature, but i personally like the brighter lights.

apparently, the website doesn't show you the wood trim in any option, everything has metallic finish...which we all know is not the case.

but the options are pretty interesting of how you have more flexibility.

ONLY the X-package gets the option of not getting moonroof.

I saw Starfire Pearl last time. It just looks like Crystal White. Not really any different.

I really like the "X" packages and xenon being a seperate option. I did get aftermarket conversion kit and I don't miss the auto-leveling from previous cars too much but it is a nice and useful feature. The xenons are priced pretty well at 875 for leveling and AFS.

The other thing I love is moon-roof delete option...I realize that would probably have been a special order but still a great option.

And really interested in seeing what starfire looks like I love my CW but sad it got ditched after 1 year run lol...

other than that really happy with my 06 and glad I've been enjoying it for the last 8 months instead of waiting on the 07s. I was a bit scared getting a first year model run due to numerous bugs but the car has been pretty flawless!

I'm happiest about ML being a stand along option. I still think that Lexus should have made xenon's standard from the beginning, at least on the 350.
