I have it on all of my doors as well... I have no idea how it ever gets there since I never notice myself or anyone else touching along that area...
regardless... Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer and a decent Microfiber cloth makes quick work of it. Its just weird because I've never seen such a thing in any other car.
