There are quite a few show cars with white interior (not lexus though), there is an option for an off-white interior on the SC430s,check those out, that might help. Also might want to check out some cars from back in the 50s, white vinyl was pretty popular then, kind of comparing apples to oranges, but it'll give you the overall look.

Have you seen any older black leather? It seems to look cracked everywhere. I't is not cracked but wherever there are creases it looks cracked. You don't see these creases in lighter leather shades. Black leather also gets very hot in the sun.

well gimme some ideas, i definatly know i hate the cream color, but i still want to keep the lexus theamed interior.
i'll be doing some of the work, head liner, A-B pillar, center console, rear deck, upper door panel(window trim) and the triangle piece around the rear window and the piece under it.
the dash and door panels i cannot do, so i gotta look for a good apolstry shop.

Is light to medium grey an option? It would coordinate well with a white car, would be MUCH easier to keep clean than white, and would not be as hot as black.

Thought about a two-tone interior?

nope never thought about a two tone.
but i'm glad you said that, i have a collection of model cars and i was looking at them today, one of them is a jaguar XK180 the interior is really nice but it's a light expensive looking brown with chrome inserts, looks good but not in a sc. i also have a D87 vantage and i love the interior, to make it short and simple the entire interior is green, but the botton half of the dash is white, bottom half of the doors are white, center console and rear seats are white, two tone front seats and a little wood trim to finish it off.
so i'm pretty content on what i want now thanks to jfelbab , but one last thing, where can i get some nice material, not vinel or that fake leather **** that you have to replace every six months.

thanks alot guys
