Default 100 degrees no problem.

hey guys,

here in the d.c. area, today hit 100 but the ac worked flawlessly to keep the cabin temp cool. i did have some concerns about the climate control system's effectiveness before, but now its all good. i took this pic wit my phone camera.

Yeah the car has awesome A/C, esp with tinted windows. Remember to set the vents to bi-level and turn on the seat coolers. The seat coolers will suck up the cool lower level air to cool you down even more.

yup, i was actually on my way to a gas station. i think the gas reminder light and the fuel gauge are calibrated way too conservatively, but i guess its better to be safe then sorry.

It hit 108 in my garage when I got into my IS (after parking it enclosed for about an hour after a morning of driving), but the outside temp was about 95.

I hit 100 both days this weekend on the car thermometer here in SoCal. Whenever I do, I take a picture of the dash to mark the occasion - so far I've got three pictures of 100 degree heat...

I too have noticed about a 1.5mpg drop in effeciency in the hot and humid weather. The car seems to be handling it nicely though.

96 here last evening, and not only are the comfort features working great, but engine cooling is working great too. The temp gauge never even reached the mid mark, even in stop-and-go traffic on the highway!
