Just to append some definitive information to this thread, it's 76 ft.lbf (103 N.m) according to the owner's manual.

^agree.

and also, some torque ranch in tire shops may not be accurate anymore. Most of them don't have time to send them to get re adjust or buy another new one..

I've had enough hassle just getting them to use them; many tire shops around here will argue that using torque sticks on the air gun is just as accurate. ( Right

I had a flat fixed at Stafford Tire in Middletown, insisted that they use a torque wrench, and the guy actually made me sign a waiver that they weren't responsible if the wheel fell off. (that was on my Audi, which used an 89 lb-ft torque!!)

At this point, I really don't trust many shops; I'll generally loosen and retorque to factory specs when I get home.
