Default Finally getting tint

Hey guys,

Ok i'm going to get my IS tinted and I think I have narrowed it down to three or four places.

Partial Eclipse (Tom) - Madico for $225 (non ceramic)
AAE Tint - 3m Ceramic for $210
A Terrific Tint - Llumar $250
The Tint Pros - Formula 1 for $275

Any comments on these, the ceramic 3m seems really really really cheap does anyone know about this shop? How are these prices? Thanks guys

really? I can't find anything for less than $200. I thought the Cermaic for $210 was cheap. Everyone I talk to says this car is difficult which is why its more money. BTW I live in Orange County so that might be why is more $$$

Wow, that's cheap for Ceramic. Is that really Ceramic? My quote for Ceramic is $475.

Those prices aren't bad. For the type of tints your asking. Unless you don't care about brand, You got California Tint or Pro Tint in Rosemead.

I got my Madico ONYX tint at Song's Tint Masters, but they are located in Ktown. Paid $220.

ok i just got an email from Titn Plus with this

Formula 1

FOUR-DOOR PRICING
Classic Series
$220
(Premium dyed, Charcoal)

Comfort Series
$250
(Dye/Metal hybrid, Charcoal)

Ultimate Series
$300
(All Metal, Charcoal)

Premier Series
$300
(All Metal, Silver Mirror)

New Pinnacle Series
$450
(Ceramic, Charcoal)

I was thinking of going with the Classic Series so it does not affect the raido, but how good is Formula 1? Anyone hear of this place? The guys said he would give me a discount $200 installed

I just had FormulaOne Pinnacle 35 ceramic done @ Mr Tint in Escondido. The guys there did an awesome job. As for the tint performance, there definitely is a difference with the ceramic tint in terms of glare and heat reduction. I paid 360 otd. Steep, but they were the only FormulaOne dealer in the county.

Other good SD tinters.

- Alvin O's (Kearny Mesa) - many tints. the best of the best in SD
- Tint Devil (Miramar) - Solargard
- Diamond Tint (Miramar) - LLumar
- Classic Tint (El Cajon) - ??
